With more than 60 years of experience, The Coffee Library works closely with farmers from Aceh, Sumatra, East Java, Bali, Toraja, Flores and Papua and provides them with know-how and support to produce good green beans. These beans are then freshly roasted at each of the Coffee Library outlets using Probatino roaster machines for a consistent, homogenous roast before being ground and brewed.
