Smaller classes allow our coaches to assess, teach and ensure proper form & technique, and ultimately, give you the attention you deserve. At Fortitude, we train smart and safe.

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. CrossFit workouts combine the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting and conditioning, and is designed to optimise physical competence. It is universally scalable for all fitness levels.

Our Barbell class focuses on improving weightlifting technique in the Snatch and Clean and Jerk, barbell cycling and conditioning, as well as help members acquire basic positional strength through the font, back and overhead squat. Lift weights better and more efficiently, and see improvements in explosive power and strength with this class.

Craving a cardio fix? Burn is a high calorie-burning cardio class which focuses on bodyweight movements at high intensities, coupled with running, rowing & assault bike sprints, all done in a circuit format. This class is suitable for anyone from beginners to advanced athletes, and is guaranteed to get your heart rate up and make you sweat!

Overall fitness is determined by proficiency across 10 general physical skills: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance & Accuracy. At Fortitude, our goal is to make you Fitter, Faster & Stronger, which is why we have enhanced our FIT class programming to focus on practicing and improving these skills. Each FIT class will address a different skill, to give you a thorough, challenging and purposeful workout:
Mon: Speed & Agility
Tues: Flexibility & Mobility
Wed: Power
Thurs: Strength & Coordination
Fri: Endurance & Stamina
On the weekends, we’ll take it up a notch and test all skills in a higher volume session. Join our new and improved FIT class to acquire a good balance of each of these 10 skills, and to be a better version of yourself.

FORTITUDE STRENGTH

Strength is a structured strength program designed by our affiliated partners, Complete Strength and Performance gym based in Sydney. Run off a conjugate periodisation model, this class combines basic compound lifts with functional bodybuilding movements. It also allows for a great workout whether you’re just dropping in for 1 session or building through the complete training cycle.
